Technology in Motion 2: Community of the Future

Please complete this Call for Entries form in its entirety. Call for Entries forms must be completed by a School Group Representative of Legal Age and all information provided in this Call for Entries form must belong to the School Group Representative. Do not provide any personally identifiable information on this form unless it is your own information. Completed Call for Entries forms must be received by Sponsor on or before October 15, 2008, or they will be disqualified without notice.

Please complete the online form below and click Submit. Upon successful receipt of your Call for Entries Form, you will receive an email with additional instructions for participating in the Technology in Motion student film contest, including a link for submitting your film theme/idea. Only entries submitting film themes / ideas will be eligible to receive the Technology in Motion 2 launch kit.

All capitalized terms used in this Call for Entries form have those meanings assigned to them in the Official Rules which are available by clicking here. Refer to the Official Rules for all eligibility requirements and all Contest participation requirements and rules, including, but not limited to, information for providing required releases and materials.

Call for Entries forms not provided in accordance with all of the terms and conditions of the Official Rules will be disqualified without notice.

One form must be submitted per entry (multiple entries by a single school or School Group require additional Call for Entries forms).
